Classes

There are a minimum of five privates to attend any Pilates class (due to fact that there is a lot of information to learn and how to use the equipment safely) ( (unless pre-approved with prior experience in Pilates). Please be courteous and arrive on time to insure a safe, effective, and enjoyable class. Progression through the levels is at the discretion of the teaching instructor. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies for all classes. Class levels: Basic L1, Intermediate L2, Advanced L3.

For those individuals short on time within their busy schedules who have a difficult time finding a moment to workout.
Ugi is the ultimate 30-minute workout that combines strength, cardio and core training, incorporating a weighted, pliable, UGI ball.
The workout is a series of 30 exercises for one-minute intervals, efficient enough to change your body completely.
4 PEOPLE MAXIMUM

Tower classes:

These classes use Peak Pilates Systems which functions in a very compact space. In this class you will learn muscle isolation and movement efficiency. The equipment is designed with springs to facilitate internal resistance within the body to stabilize, stretch, lengthen, and lift.

Reformer classes:

These classes use the Reformer, which is the most widely known piece of Pilates equipment and an amazingly versatile apparatus. The Reformer features unique combination of springs, pulleys, straps, and sliding carriage make it an incredibly valuable and useful piece of equipment to strengthen the powerhouse (core) and increase flexibility. Joseph Pilates created nearly 100 exercises on the Reformer, levele I, II, and III.
4 PEOPLE MAX

Weights and Cardio classes:

In these classes, you will have a variety of cardio, weights and core workout in a circuit formation, using functional weight training equipment, TRX and UGI balls (weighted)
6 PEOPLE MAX

Private Lessons are the most effective, efficient and recommended way to begin your Pilates practice. Comprehensive lessons are tailored to your individual needs.

Duets and Trios

Duets and Trios are ideal for two or three people who are at the same fitness level and wish to do Pilates together using the equipment.
Our teachers can help you decide what lessons will help you achieve your goals.

Who can do Pilates?

Anyone who has a fitness goal and/or may benefit their current sport, low back pain? No problem. Weight loss? no problem. Anyone with a health issue in the past as long as they have permission from their physician.
